Shipping & Delivery

All orders are carefully prepared and packed in protective boxes to ensure they arrive safely. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

We ship via Australia Post using tracked services. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow its journey.

Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

Shipping Rates

Flat rate shipping: $15 AUD for orders under $150 AUD
Free shipping: Available on orders over $150 AUD (after promotions and discounts are applied)

Open Box Policy

Our Open Box option allows you to combine multiple purchases into a single shipment and save on shipping costs.

Open Box orders can be held for up to 30 days from the date of your first purchase.
Additional purchases can be added during this period.
Once you are ready for your order to be shipped, please contact us.
If your combined Open Box total reaches $150 or more, you will qualify for free shipping.
Open Box orders not claimed within 30 days will be contacted to arrange shipment. Any outstanding shipping fees must be paid prior to dispatch, unless a longer holding period has been agreed to in advance.

Delivery Issues
