Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind.
Please take care when making your selection, as all purchases are considered final unless required under the Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of product and packaging, and a brief video/ recording of itemsÂ
Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.
