As each crystal is individually photographed and described, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit for change of mind. Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or significantly different from its description, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order number, clear photos of the item and packaging, and a brief video where applicable. This information is required to assist us in investigating the issue and determining an appropriate resolution.

Where required under the Australian Consumer Law, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund.

Please note that crystals are natural products and may feature variations in colour, pattern, texture, inclusions, druzy pockets, and shape. These natural characteristics make each piece unique and are not considered faults.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location. Most Australian orders arrive within 2–8 business days after dispatch.

You will receive tracking details once your order is on its way so you can monitor its progress.

Please note that delivery times may be longer during peak periods, public holidays, or due to carrier delays beyond our control.

We offer flat rate shipping of $15 AUD Australia-wide on all orders under $150 AUD.

Orders $150 AUD and over qualify for free standard shipping Australia-wide.

All orders are carefully packed and sent with tracking so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

An Open Box allows you to combine multiple orders into one shipment, helping you save on shipping costs.

When you place an order and select Open Box, we'll safely hold your items for up to 30 days while you continue shopping. Any additional purchases made during that period can be added to your Open Box.

Once you're ready for your items to be shipped, simply contact us and we'll arrange dispatch. If your combined Open Box total reaches $150 AUD or more, you'll qualify for free standard shipping Australia-wide.
